She is the daughter of Thomas Bliss [1] and Margaret [ Bliss ]. Mary died date unknown at age unknown. His w. charged. with Witchcraft 1674, was sent to Boston, tr. in May 1675, and acquit. by the jury, liv. to 29 Jan. 1712. He as freem. 1669, cornet of the horse, one of the richest men in town, rem. 1679 back to Springfield, and d. 9 Oct 1683.
